Pulse Check

The Pulse Check Diagnostic from The Big Picture People enables you to measure your organisation’s current status and will provide a benchmark for any future work in this area. It provides quantitative feedback in a dashboard format and summary report outlining actions you can take to improve your employee’s connection to the organisation.

You will be asked to evaluate 24 questions using a sliding scale. Read each question carefully before you reply. At the end of the survey, we will ask you to supply your contact details so we can send you your report. Any responses or information you enter into will be bound by our strict confidentiality and privacy policy.
